My ISP provides free email, should I take it?

Yes. Once you sign up for any of our hosting packages, all settings will be emailed to you or you can access them on the Client Area section on this website.

Can I host my business email with you even if I don’t have a website?
Absolutely. Even though you need a registered domain name for hosting emails with us, you don’t necessarily need to have a website. You can always upload your website anytime in the future.
How long will it take for my emails to start working?

Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different hosting package in the future?
WYou can upgrade/downgrade whenever you need to with no penalties or charges. Just login to your client area and go to "My Services" and you can request an upgrade or downgrade from there.
If I no longer need my email hosting account, do I get penalized when I cancel?
Not at all. You just need to give us a 30-day cancellation notice.
